Support Letter: Students, Alumni, and Student Organizations
This letter was released in September 2020 and has garnered 370 signatures as of 11/04/20. This letter focuses on PepsiCo’s histories of racial injustice and why we must terminate this contract with PepsiCo in order to meaningfully stand up for Black lives.

Support Letter: UCB Faculty
This letter was released in late October 2020 and has garnered 7 signatures as of 11/04/20. This letter focuses on PepsiCo’s violations of UC Berkeley’s values of health, equity, and sustainability and why this specific partnership is hypocritical of the #1 public university in the world.

ASUC Resolution: 2020/2021
This resolution was passed by the ASUC Senate on October 28th, 2020. It reaffirms the values passed in our 2019 resolution (below) passed by the previous Senate class and adds specific demands of UPP to 1) create and disseminate a survey about the UCB campus food system to identify student concerns 2) increase the number of food preparation and water refill stations on campus and 3) expand and institutionalist the voting power of undergraduate students in the UPP process.
